Refund & Return Policy — Squish Joyz

At Squish Joyz, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only. After 7 days, all sales are final and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
In its original packaging, unopened and unused
In the same condition as received — no signs of use, damage, or tampering

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Valid Reasons for Return Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

Item received damaged or defective
Wrong item received
Item significantly different from the product description

Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection are not accepted as valid return reasons.

How to Request a Return Contact us at support@squishjoyz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item in its original condition. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Squish Joyz does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
